Google Scholar is your friend.

Get a bit more specific about your question…”robotics” is a wide open field…and put it in Google Scholar’s search engine.

For example try:
Robotic welding
Robotic hand motion
Robotic production
Robotic painting

These will give you a targeted search in your areas of interest.

“IEEE Transactions on Robotics and Automation” is another good source.
