You want electrical engineering.
You learn about everything you need like control systems (how do you make a robot balance on one leg?), communication (how do you talk to your robot?), analog and digital circuits (how do you get input/output?), embedded systems (your robot’s brain), etc….
Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, and even computer science. I highly doubt you’ll find an undergraduate program in robotics, it is too specific for an undergraduate degree. That is more of a specialized major that you will find at the graduate level.
