Unfortunately, there is no definitive answer, as every college having a Master’s program in Robotics has its own prerequisites.

Generally speaking, even if the grad school doesn’t require all of the following courses as a prerequisite for its Master’s program in Robotics, you would be well-advised to take at least two courses in each of the following departments: math (e.g., calculus, statistics, algebra), physics, mechanical engineering, and, of course, computer science and/or information technology (e.g., a course in boolean logic, databases, hardware, assembler language, and a high-level language, such as C or Fortran (yes, they’re “old” languages, but you’d be surprised how many older companies still use them!)).

Naturally, your Bachelor’s degree should be in one of the aforementioned departments (preferably computer science or mechanical engineering) with a minor in one of the remaining departments.

The link, below, shows schools in the US having a Master’s program in Robotics.
