“Robotics” is not offered an ABET-accredited degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology, but several schools offer it as a “Minor” or “Concentration”, generally with Mechanical or Electrical Engineering/Technology.
Alcorn State offers an ATMAE-accredited degree in Robotics and Automation Technology.
Whatever you take, make sure the school/program is ABET or ATMAE accredited, There are many “trade schools” offering worthless “robotics” degrees and certificates.
