With OnLive gamers can easily demo, see and in fact play games through the cloud gaming service. Plus, all this is accessible for $ 100 less than Sony fees.

“ Our focus to deliver the most effective individual experience proceeds with today ’ s announcement of the Co-Star, which delivers an exceptional brilliant TV interface that anybody can easily include in their existing HDTV, ” Matt McRae, VIZIO ’ s Chief Technology Officer said in a released statement. “ We combined the effective functions of Google TELEVISION ™ with an instinctive and very easy to use user interface, providing users the power to get a kick out of a whole entire globe of amusement. ”

The Co-Star ships with a dual-sided Bluetooth remote (OnLive ’ s wireless controllers utilize Bluetooth) with one side featuring a number pad and touchpad with a QWERTY keypad on the additional side. The box also sports 802.11 n and USB connection possibilities.

Vizio hasn ’ t yet detailed the anticipated ship date yet although pre-orders start next month.
