This is an exact replica of the Iron Throne made from fun noodles. For a second I thought dude was sitting in the actual Iron Throne, but it’s not, it’s just a very convincing replica. Also, do you think dude stuffed his shorts or his package is actually that big? Because that’s a hell of a fun noodle if it’s real. Now get a tan bro, you’re practically see-through.

Thanks again to ChaosLex, who loves chaos so much he once yelled “Pool noodles are whale penises!” to a pool full of children playing with the things. You should have seen them all scrambling for the ladder like someone just shat in the shallow end.

These are the series of Game of Thrones house sigils recreated with Pokemons by artist Cami Sanders. Now before any of you come at me arguing that Pokemons isn’t the plural of Pokemon, I want you to take this into consideration: I don’t care. I like saying Pokemons because it sounds fun and neither rain, hail nor gunfire is going to stop me. Okay, gunfire might stop me. My point is this: stop wasting your time arguing about things nobody cares about, it just makes you look petty. “Did you just…?” After-school special your ass? You’re damn right I did. Hey — and no bullying either. When you bully somebody you’re not only hurting them, you’re hurting yourself because you’re going to grow up to be a real piece of shit.

Perhaps the second screen experience for HBO megahit show A Game of Thrones provided through Xbox 360′s SmartGlass functionality and HBO Go’s iPad app isn’t enough for you? And maybe you want a bit more of a George R. R. Martin touch to your Game of Thrones book companions? This week’s release of “A Game of Ice and Fire” for Android — the previously iOS-only Game of Thrones app that acts as an “official guide” to the series and its myriad characters / relationships / political struggles / etc. — is clearly for you. And yes, it goes beyond what just the show covers; it can even be customized for spoilers based around how far you are.

The initial cost to download is nothing and comes with several characters as well as a companion for the first book, but for books two through five you’ll need to grab the upgrades: $ 1 apiece, or $ 5 for those four plus an additional “InfoPack” which would otherwise cost $ 2 by itself. Those $ 2 “InfoPacks” include, “new characters and places and additional data and background info” (whatever that means), and more are expected in the future. The third season of A Game of Thrones kicks off on March 31st, and wouldn’t you know it, this app is perfectly timed to accompany it. That’s what we call synergy. Head to the Google Play link in the source link and grab it for free, or risk *paying the iron price.

*Thankfully, in this case, that price is just potentially looking ignorant about A Game of Thrones. So … not that big of a thing, actually.

The 3rd season of HBO’s Game of Thrones finally begins in just a couple of weeks– but if you’re having trouble keeping in mind precisely how the plot of period two came together (and don’t have time to re-read A Clash of Kings), HBO has you covered. The network simply launched a 14-minute recap covering the major plot points of the second period, complete with meetings and discussion from program developers David Benioff and D.B. Weiss and a lot of cast members. Sadly, there isn’t any real discussion of period three, so you’ll need to stimulate your hunger on the current trailers as you count down the days until the period premiere on March 31st.

Because everyone’s sporting megaboners about the return of Game of Thrones next month, right here’s Winterfell Castle recreated in gingerbread and a lot of various other diabetes magnets by blogger Liquorsnapper (sounds like my kind of blogger). Also, have not you seen that commercial? You should call your physician. Look at the size of that one Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup! Still, ten bucks states I could possibly siege-eat the whole castle by myself in a single sitting and still have space left over for dessert. I’m thinking Choco Tacos.

This is a little Winterfell castle that was 3-D printed using a MakerBot and a digital model file created using screencaps from the show’s opening. If you have your own MakerBot 3-D printer you can head to the project page and download the file yourself and start printing these things off and selling them on Etsy. “I was thinking the same thing.” I know you were — great minds think alike. “Are you insinuating that–” My cat wrote this post? Yes. He can open the refrigerator and answer the phone too. I’ve been trying to get him to take the MENSA test but every time I finally get the pencil in his paw he thinks its time to lick his @$ $ hole.

A new teaser trailer for the third season of Game of Thrones was launched today, and it appears that the show is headed in a really weird instructions. The puzzling trailer includes a three-eyed raven flying through modern-looking cities, as “The Rainfalls of Castamere” plays. Drifting text notifies us that “their globe go back to ours,” though its confusing if it just implies the show will be returning or if there’s a deeper, more symbolic meaning including the next season’s plot. The 3rd period will be based upon A Storm of Swords, the third publication in George R. R. Martin’s A Track of Ice and Fire collection, and is set to air on HBO on March 31st.

Officially Licensed Game Of Thrones Beer Is Coming

Because drinking and watching TV go hand and hand like two best friend on a playground skipping to the swing set, HBO has licensed the rights to make a Game of Thrones beer to the Ommegang brewery in upstate New York. The beer, which will taste like the blood of your enemies, doesn’t actually taste like the blood of your enemies (unless your enemies are pils, honey, aroma malts, red wheat, grains of paradise and lemon peel) and is 6.5% alcohol by volume. That seems a little weak for a beer that’s supposed to be paying homage to Game of Thrones. A REAL Game of Thrones beer should be brewed with dragon tears and be a minimum of 26% alcohol. “And have teeth in the bottle.” TWO SCOOPS OF MOLARS.

Thanks to my buddy Terry, who drinks at least six Sierra Nevadas a day sitting around playing Civilization V. “The dream.” Some people live it. Not Terry though. No, not Terry.
