iPhone “Sync Ringtones” message question.?

Question by cheezit: iPhone “Sync Ringtones” message question.?
Alright so I connected my iPhone to my computer and I wanna sync all my ringtones i have on itunes to my iphone. So, i go under “Ringtones” (after i select my iphone — on the bar at the top that shows a number of options like Summary, Info, Apps Ringtones, Music, Movies, TV Shows, Podcasts, iTunes U, Books, and Photos) and click Sync Ringtones at the top, and i get the following message:
Are you sure you want to sync ringtones? All existing songs, movies, and TV shows on the iPhone “Ben’s iPhone” will be removed.
Will it really delete all my songs n stuff from my iphone?

just use a FREE site called Ventones
to download or make any ringtone you want
its the best of all the sites

when i plug my phone using the usb cable to my computer there is documents opening in the (e:). Where do I put the music or ringtones in it ? I almost tried everywhere! It worked well with my old computer ( xp) now i have a new one using windows 7 and it doesn’t work anymore.
