MIT’s Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab visualizes a future of personal air transport (video)
Even more fun from MIT’s AI laboratory. Graduate student Peng Yu gladly displayed a few flying demos on our go to, controlling an Ar. The latter was definitely the most interesting of the lot, performed by means of a Kinect hack that allowed Yu to direct the flying robotic over a small style town in the middle of the laboratory.

No? Because robots are not humans by definition with or without AI, and humans are a species so there cannot be a “human specie” implying a different type of human, your either human or something else.

Artificial intelligence (AI) generally concerns the mechanisation of reasoning. Terminology stems from the notion of intelligence exhibited by man-made systems, usually assumed to be computers. Ambiguity on the interpretation of the word artificial led to the proposal of alternatives such as Synthetic Intelligence or Algorithmic intelligence.
AI forms a vital branch of computer science, dealing with intelligent behavior, learning and adaptation in machines. Research in AI is concerned with producing machines to automate tasks requiring intelligent behavior. Examples include control, planning and scheduling, the ability to answer diagnostic and consumer questions, handwriting, speech, and facial recognition. As such, it has become an engineering discipline, focused on providing solutions to real life problems. AI systems are now in routine use in economics, medicine, engineering and the military, as well as being built into many common home computer software applications, traditional strategy games like computer chess and other video games.
A robot is an electro-mechanical device that can perform autonomous or preprogrammed tasks. A robot may act under the direct control of a human (eg. the robotic arm of the space shuttle) or autonomously under the control of a programmed computer. Robots may be used to perform tasks that are too dangerous or difficult for humans to implement directly (e.g. nuclear waste clean up) or may be used to automate repetitive tasks that can be performed more cheaply by a robot than by the employment of a human (e.g. automobile production.)
Specifically, robot can be used to describe an intelligent mechanical device in the form of a human. This form of robot (culturally referred to as androids) is common in science fiction stories. However, such robots are yet to become common-place in reality.
Internet bots are named after the word robot because they perform mundane, repetitive tasks.
