Samsung Galaxy S III OTA update adds brightness widget to drop-down menu
While we didn’t have lots of complaints with exactly what Samsung provided us in its 2012 flagship, many users indicated that the auto-brightness setting had not been actually maximizing that 4.8-inch screen. The Galaxy S III’s most recent OTA update tries to repair this by tossing in a new brightness gauge and car toggle within the drop-down notice food selection. There’s also a handful of stability fixes featured in the 73MB update and according to SlashGear, the update can easily now be pushed to global models by hitting up the update section in the configurations food selection.

[support alert] Logitech Performance Mouse MX: Sticky drop-down menus in safari (Mac)?

I've had the mouse for a while and I like it generally, but I'm noticing that if you use a drop down menu in safari and hit the scroll wheel (even a little bit) it will cause the thing to lock up (hitting esc will free it up again).. it happens in a few other apps as well.
minor annoyance to be sure, but my previous mouse; the mx revolution didn't do this.
Props to gdgt – new in gadgets
