Acer CEO optimistic about Windows 8.1, claims Microsoft is back ‘down to Earth’

You’d need to download the Windows Phone 7 ROM (which is illegal by the way), and load it on yourself. Unless you know what you’re doing, I’d highly suggest against it. Call up the person who sold it to you and ask them to do it.

The revival of the genome was part of the Lazarus Project that is working on a so called de-extinction program to bring the dead species of frog back to life.
So far the team of scientists was able to reactivate dead cells into living ones by unfreezing and implanting the nuclei, taken from fossilized tissues of the frog that were collected in the 1970s and preserved in a deep-freezer.
“We are watching Lazarus arise from the dead, step by exciting step. We’ve reactivated dead cells into living ones and revived the extinct frog’s genome in the process. Now we have fresh cryo-preserved cells of the extinct frog to use in future cloning experiments,” said professor Mike Archer, of the University of New South Wales, in Sydney, the leader of the Lazarus Project team

Back to BlackBerry: closing time

Time’s up. I’ve now had a full month to call the BlackBerry Z10 my very own and use it as my everyday device. I’ve had the opportunity to use it in every likely scenario, including a nine-day trip to Spain for Mobile World Congress. Now comes the moment of truth: have I become a BlackBerry convert? Is the Z10 my new daily driver?
Unfortunately, it’s not. But before the BlackBerry fan base breaks out the torches and forms mobs, this isn’t a denunciation of the phone or its OS. Quite the opposite, in fact.
