Samsung has announced its latest Windows Phone handset today, the Omnia M. Featuring a 1GHz processor, 4-inch Super AMOLED display, 4GB of storage, and just 384MB of RAM — the Omnia M appears to be Samsung’s latest low-end Windows Phone. The Korean manufacturer has also opted to include a 5-megapixel camera on the rear of the device and a VGA front facing camera for access to the company’s ChatON communications service.

Samsung’s Omnia M will ship with Windows Phone 7.5 in Europe initially, but the company says it will be rolled out to other regions too.
