iOS hacker Musclenerd who is busy in baking Stefan Essar’s untethered iOS 4.3.1 Jailbreak exploit, today confirmed that the exploit WILL jailbreak your iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPod touch 4G / 3G, 1st-gen iPad including Apple TV2. However, it will not jailbreak your iPad 2!

This untether exploit will be packaged into existing jailbreak tools like PwnageTool and Redsn0w before rolling out for primetime availability, as confirmed by Musclenerd. If you cannot hold your appetite, you can however use PwnageTool Bundles or Sn0wbreeze to jailbreak your iOS device on iOS 4.3.1.
