My Ps3 Emulator(Ps3 Emu)!!!

This video will show you my ps3 emulator i got working on pc!! All those who dont believe me can watch this video and know that i am not lying and ps3 emulators exist!! I dont play any game in this emu cause first of all you need to insert a ps3 blu ray disc in your computer and my recorder hypercam 2 does not support gameplay while screen recording is switched on!!The emulator has a ps3 home for vista and 7 but xp has no ps3 home and can play games directly from ps3 discs without any configuration unlike the ps2 emulator!! And the ps3 emu plays games in the computer screen once location to the disc drive is set!! This is a proof that my emu is not fake:- www.youtube.com I use a sony dvd blu ray disc player and writer which costs approx 150 US$ to read ps3 game discs!! The emulator at full speed when playing games goes on 60 fps!! My pc details are:-Intel core 2 duo E7200,3.2ghz,4gb ram,Nvidia Geforce 8400gs,Directx 9,Windows xp service pack 3. @Mannike54 wow u just google ps3 possessor and u think u know everything? the 8Spes are build more like GPU which are good for multitasking, u cant just compare them. in terms of RAW Computing Power, the PS3 is more capable. However, for non-number crunching use, an i7 is much more powerful. so dont call others dumb…and an emu can be run easily with out a prob with gaming computer

Actually there are 9 cores. 1st is a PowerPC that is the PPE and there are 8 SPEs, 6 of which are accessible for developers. 1 of them is disabled and the other runs the OS.

@Zulfikaar219 Yea, Ps3′s only has Something similar to a quad-core. Anyone that thinks it has anymore is a moron. Ps3 Graphical rendering distances are very poor. One of the CPUs main uses in a game for mass rendering. PS3 looks like shit compared to a computer with 4cores. I have an 8 core processor, and let me tell you, theirs a HUGE!!! difference between my graphics and a ps3′s…. HUGE!

@Zulfikaar219 yeah this is so true and there is no doubting that a x6 core pc cpu cant easily run these games..after all where do you think 90% of the games elements are created…try …on the pc. lol and its not that it is impossible to do this task it will just be a really high demand and tedious amount of work. the better the coding is ported the sooner we will have a emulator. its always been dependent on that. not so much pc power. then again chances of a perfect port..slim. lol
also for anyone curious as to how far the progression of processing technology has gotten…they have successfully created a 1000core cpu that’s 20x faster then the faster home processors of today…so i would consider that into this rant of “blah blah its going to take 10 years to get a pc strong enough to emulate this system…” don’t believe me Google it….
@Zulfikaar219 yes indeed. a spe system is quite different then a 6core cpu…seeing as a ps3 is a single core cpu using spe’s that would mean that at this current time a x6core 3.4 cpu which has 6cores each running at 3.4ghz would perform nearly 6times as fast in comparison to a ps3′s cpu. hence why the hardware in the ps3 is allowing it to go for so cheap now…so i say give it enough time for them to properly crack the system and you will see emu’s for these consoles.
@forsakenworlddragons Today intels latest processor core i7 3960X costs 4 times the ps3 and it has only 6 cores. WOW, The ps3 which is so cheap got 8 and 9 cores. Sony is miraculous to give a complete console which has blu ray and a 9 core cpu along with the console! I don’t understand how people’s thinking has become so vague and flawed. Seriously, there is no console the pc can’t emulate.
@forsakenworlddragons I completely agree to what you said. Current Gen High-End PCs can run PS3,Xbox 360,Ps2,Wii all simultaneously without having much difficulty. Yeah coding the emulators correctly is quite important. Today intel has some amazing 6 core processors which blow away any console. Some people think the ps3 got 8 cores, some think the ps3 got 9 cores. Its quite flawed to think about something that doesn’t exist. Well the ps3 costs 250 US$ and it has an 8 core chip??? Really?? FOOLS.
@Zulfikaar219 especially in light of the fact you can run dual processors now on some of the really high end motherboards as well as dual and quad pci-e graphics cards. if you got the money it can easily be emulated performance wise…however tech wise. it will take a long time to successfully copy over all of the play stations code to a working emulator but bases have already been created.
@Zulfikaar219 this is very true. people are freaking ignorant to think that a 200$ console is using tech that isint even out yet..they are very obviously retards xD just ignore them. having that been said emulating a single core 3.2 cpu on a pc is-int that impossible especially with the x6cores out now. so this crap of never being able to emulate a ps3 or xbox 360 is a load of bull shit imo lmao as the best pcs of today are nearly strong enough to run them perfect. re-scriptings the problem atm
