What is odd is that Obama was not in his custom bomb-proof limousine but rather in a heavily armored Chevy Suburban. I saw his face so unless it was his double, it was him. Place Saint Michel is in the background. This is a quai along the Seine across from Quai des Orfevres.

You’re absolutely right. POTUS frequently changes vehicles as to keep regular folks from not knowing what vehicle in the motorcade he is in.
search youtube for obama paris june and you will find even more videos of him travelling in these suburbans; this is the first time i have seen him travelling without the limos. this suburban must be equally as heavily armored as the limos. do the search and you will see. if you find nothing get back to me and i will send you links. thanks.
wherever the prez is flow 2 they use the same vehicles and i doubt that on a high security transport like in a diffrent country that they would not use the limos so i am still skeptical but if u saw him yourself i guess ur right
and the cars that you are looking at are the cars flown in to Paris by the SS. For some unknown reason they are not using the limousines. you can find other videos of obama in paris from the same date without the limos. they are using suburbans here. this is indeed obama, i saw his face
i am sorry but this is not the motercade of the president unless u only caught half of it, the US flies in there own cars for the motercade 2 big of a security risk

Federal Police in the USA use both RED and BLUE lights simultaneously. Each state also designates which colors are used. Frequently Blue is only for police and Red is only for Fire Trucks, but this depends on the laws in each state.
I can see both American red lights and European blue lights.
