MIT developed video software can see your pulse

Researchers at the Massachusetts Institute of Innovation are developing a new kind of software that has the ability to magnify subtle variations between structures of a video recording so that you can really see a person’s pulse. By changing the frequencies of the computer software, it’s possible to check out things such as the method the skin on your face modifications shade due to blood movement, or the pulsing of your wrist. The software program shows both the original and magnified variations side-by-side, making it very easy to select the differences.
