I am looking for a way to get a free XBOX Kinect (including the console or not). I know there are lot of advertisement offers which are scams, but I’ve heard that sometimes you can actually get one for free by putting in a couple hours or so of online time.

think about this: wendy’s gives you a free burger after every survey you complete

even though it would take a few hours, i think its worth it.

Yeah, stealing.
Those deals are deceiving. You won’t get the Kinect for free, the reason why is because you have to pay for the offers and then usually refer some people to do the same.
Sometimes you can get it cheaper than you would, but you’ll likely spend at least $ 25 – $ 75 just to complete the offer, then you will likely need to refer 2 or 3 people to do the same thing. It can work, but I’d rather just buy the Kinect, saves you a lot of hassle.
