How to download songs and save it on the iPhone music library from iPhone. I don’t like syncing iPhone every time I download music

Only way is by usb cabal to computer with iTunes.

You can also use cydia, if your phone is jailbroken, but it may be dangerous if youre not experienced. If you have cydia, you can use openssh and winscp to direct transfer. There is also dTunes, where u download songs directly from your phone, also require jailbreak.

Also warning you, cydia is illegal. If you would rather play safe, just sync.
