@Tyler – it’s the new operating system Google developed for the new Android phone at Verizon, and also on the HTC Touch Pro (ntelos and maybe other companies).
Anyway, I Google’d “Build Android Applications” and this website seemed to have some useful links on building apps and such. http://www.talkandroid.com/google-android-application-guide/
