How do I play a game like call of duty black ops with a Xbox 360 controller and talk through my Xbox kinect at the same time?
I have just tries the bottom answer, when I turn on my controller my friends in my party can’t hear me at all. I then started up black ops and tried again and they still couldn’t hear me.

First of all you need Xbox Live, assuming you have that I’ll explain. Plug in your Kinect and start Black Ops normally. Create a party with your friends and you should automatically be able to speak. I’m not sure though if you can use your Kinect and controller at the same time, I think you can only use them individually.

All you have to do is have your Kinect connected to your Xbox 360, and play without a headset plugged into your controller. People should be able to hear you and you should be able to hear them.
I play Left4Dead with my Kinect inserted and people can hear me fine. I’m sure it will work with all games.
