Glove Tricorder prototype aims to support at-home cancer screening

A project from a company called Med Sensation intends to make it possible for home screenings for breast cancer and even more. Called the “Glove Tricorder,” is a prototype with sensing units that can determine “accelerometers, temperature, force, noise, and vibration.” The project grew out of the graduate studies program at Singularity University, and the graduate students behind the idea hope that “quantifying touch” will certainly lead to much better health care.
