well i take back that pan can’t go super saiyan because i just got done watching the last DBGT episode and apparently goku’s great great grandson can do it… so can vegeta’s… but DBGT goes too far with everything… i suppose the whole thing is mostly controversial but most people use that as the main reason why she can’t… I’m 18 and followed the show since i was like 6 or 7 so i know quite a lot about it… but nobody can truely know everything about the show… ask the creators about it!

Vegeta could never get to that point by himself… i suppose he gave up beating goku after he transformed into ss3… just my guess…

cause a half saiyan and another half saiyan, when fused, makes a whole saiyan… only whole saiyans can become super saiyan 3… pan cant go super saiyan at all cause she is only a quarter-saiyan… its dbz law… if you dont believe me or the rest of us, go talk to the creator

@zeinbrug yea and…Goku got mad in the Frieza saga when Krillin was killed by Frieza. Besides half sayains will nvr become super sayian 3 unless they fusioned but even fusioned they wont be able to reach Super sayain 4. Krillin was completely human but he couldnt reach super syain because he wasnt a sayian or half sayian
@hunter5964 they were able to bc they fusioned and those were 2 half sayians combined into one so there power level was amazingly high
