Your workout plan depends on what your wanting to do. Are you wanting to lose weight, gain weight. If your in good shape, are you trying to get in better shape. Your work out plan needs to reflect on what your wanting to do, and diet is also key.

Got a tip for an exercise plan with body weight?
An exercise plan is always smart. There are tons of different work out plans out there. I like the P90x ab workout, Ab Ripper X. I do that and then add a couple extra oblique exercises and then I hold a plank for as long as I can. It’s a great workout and will take you about 20 minutes. I do that every other day. If you’re not doing a hard ab workout, truthfully doing abs every day isn’t going to hurt, but I like the harder workouts and then rest.

On this light of a workout, no, however these are just oblique exercises. I wouldn’t exactly call this an ab workout rather than someone just showing different exercises to work your obliques. You want to mix in other exercises and cover your entire core for an ab workout.
Is it unnecessary after this light workout?

oblique muscles are the hardest to develop ? Because I excercise abs every other day for three months and I have abs already but can still see my ribs in the mirror… :X
