Wow…I feel horrible Please help (10 points)?

Question by Steve H: Wow…I feel horrible Please help (10 points)?
GOD, I’m so mad I need help? 10 points!?
My dad just got me a brand new Porsche Panamera 4…I only had about 500 miles on it then I did something REALLY stupid…

I scraped the bottom bumper…It’s not visible unless you get on the ground and look directly at the upper bumper…BUT GOD!!! I don’t know what to do…I tried so hard an UH!!

Once again its not visible just by looking at it….
Is there any way I could get rid of the scratch feeling from underneath the car…I’m trying to keep it as new as possible…My dad already told me he knew cause he heard it while I was moving and simple said its a learning lesson…

Help me, Should I go to the Porsche Dealership or Where???

Okay the best place you could go would probably be the dealership. If they understand you don’t want to replace the part they may have an automotive detailer who they trust with higher end cars. Or they may have their own body shop who will handle it without too much expense. I mean you just spent $ 110,000 or more with them so they should give you a break. The luxury dealer I worked for was very good to their customers in this respect, much better than the domestic dealership I worked for. Don’t apologize to them! It is none of their business how it happened, simply inquire and see if it is agreeable to you, then decide if you would like to go on.

It’s good that the paint is not damaged because some of the paint selections could be very hard to match or blow in.

You could take it to an off market detailer but they may cause more damage than they repair and often do. I would advise you against this as I have gone through it with my own car.

Very nice car to receive as a gift.

    Good luck.
