I am writing a book where a character eats a snow lotus and I have the plant growing in a grassy area inside a cave on the side of the mountain. Is this possible, or would it only be possible on the mountainside outside of the cave?

I don’t believe it or the grass would be able to live inside the cave, unless the cave has a lightsource opening somewhere in it’s roof/ceiling….whatever you call the top inside of a cave. Then you would have light and could have plants.
And I HAVE been in caves like that, so it’s possible and believable.

Porsche Panamera Snow and Ice
Sliding with the Porsche Panamera on a frozen Sea in Northern Finnland near the Village of Ivalo, 300 Kilometers north of the Polar-Circle – without PSM (Porsche Stability management, vulgo ESP). Its really big fun! In Drift auf einem zugefrorenen See in Nordfinnland bei Ivalo (300 km nördlich des Polarkreises) mit dem Porsche Panamera. Natürlich mit ausgeschaltetem ESP (oder vielmehr PSM, Porsche Stability Management). Macht echt Spaß!
