a very well made commercial. nice music. and i dont care what anyone says, i like the panamera. it grew on me
The Panamera may not really ‘fit’ into the image many people have of Porsche, but there is a market for it, like there was and is a market for the Cayenne. And if those cars are the means for Porsche to churn out new 911s, Boxsters and maybe even the 918 Spyder, I’m all for it.

If they had advertised it and charged admission, Porsche could have had a free commercial. But 50 iconic sportscars and only 22 precision drivers? Maybe Porsche could have sold seat time if they wanted to make even more money. I would have paid to drive any of the 917s!

Note that the director’s name is Jeff Zwart. Almost certainly the same Jeff Zwart of Pike’s Peak fame, and recent author of 917 x17. The 928S4 was included (outside the Carrera GT at 38s, and parked near camera Cayenne at 53s), and the 914 was there too (behind the 365 at 42s). But no 944, 951 or 968 (?!). I’m not feeling the love….

if you see the complete commercial you do see a 928s4….porscha has always wanted to have a 4door sport sedan thats why they built one and only 928 with 4doors for the Owner of the brand in the late 80′s

The commercial would be awesome if the Panamera didn’t look like a pregnant roller skate. I’d rather drive that Cayenne Turbo S with the headlights painted over at night.
