the manual transmission in the 560 is no different than the previous gallardos. the only difference in the transmission of the 560 only applies to the e-gear tranny. the 560 e-gear is now equipped with launch control and a rotational gear selector to replace its traditional fore/aft movement giving it a 40% quicker shift. however the manual transmission remains a gated shifter 6 speed.
