Would A none altered, lamborghini gallardo be street legal in Australia, I have looked everywhere for an answer because in a year I was going to buy one.

and why it should not be legal? it have everything what legal car should have and it will be registered as any other car, by the way, currently is nearly 3 years waiting period for one…

If you are buying it from an approved dealer then yes.
All cars sold by approved dealers have to meet the regulations in that country to be ‘street legal’.
If you are buying a modified car or a car which has been previously used for racing then be careful as it may have modifications which are not street legal.
Unfortunately in Australian you don’t have a standard annual vehicle test like the MOT here in the UK – which checks a vehicles safety and roadworthyness.
