Apple iPad hitting Target stores October 3
Today Target announced that it will sell four models of Apple’s iPad in its stores for $ 499 beginning on October 3. Target buyers with a Target credit card are eligible for a 5 percent discount beginning on October 17. It will be the largest retail chain in the United States to sell Apple’s iPad, and there are 1,743 stores nationwide. Read the full story here.

Target to sell iPad next month
The No. 2 U.S. discount chain will sell Apple’s (NMS:AAPL) iPad beginning Oct. 3, making it the largest retail chain so far to carry it.
