Amazon is finally catching up to the rest of the streaming market and including closed captions to some of its On-the-spot Video varieties. For the moment the collection of CCed content is rather slim, with just 169 tv shows and 74 flicks, but we would certainly anticipate that to grow very quickly. That does apply the burgeoning media giant fairly a bit behind competitors like Hulu and Netflix, who have actually been fulfilling the hearing hindered for some time. In the meantime, captions are just available when streaming from Amazon’s internet site, but the business promises to increase support to “additional units” quickly.
