    @Eufratbre Your muscles won’t regenerate (Which is how muscle gets stronger/bigger) and your stomach muscles will just get worse and deteriorate.

    @katosale I started doing this workout so far I have done it for two days and i cant complete the whole 8 minutes my abs give out at like the halfway mark. So far I believe this will get you a six pack because before i started this i couldn’t see any abs and after two days of this the top four abs are popping out without flexing so that speaks for itself.

    @Kapiszczur But it says you shouldnt really do it every day only every other day..and i weigh about 115-125 i geuss and im not skinny but im not fat..

    @katosale 1) It depends, how it’s with your weight. If u r normal, or even thin, it takes…2-3 months of doing it EVERY DAY
    2) It’s not impossible to do it for a first time [well ok I don't know] but believe me, after 1 week you will do it like this guy in video.

    1: tell me how long it takes to get abs form this workout
    2. tell me if the first time of doing it its almost impossible to do most of these and that u have to get use to it.
