I have to ask: Who buys these things in the first place?
There’s many great pairs of headphones that are less than $400 and don’t have some talentless (c)rap artist’s “seal of approval” on them.
Like my $80 pair of Sennheisers. That aren’t covered in a tacky design. That don’t strive to look “cool” or “hip”. That can produce excellent sound quality for the price I’d pay.

$400 for a pair of apparently very high quality headphones that you can only safely wear in one city plus the rest of the world. What a steal.
